Security deposit

A security deposit is required for all bookings.

Its amount, generally equivalent to one to one and a half months’ rent, is specified upon confirmation of the booking.

 It is refunded, subject to the property being returned in a compliant condition, as recorded during the check-out inspection.

Payment terms*

In order to confirm the booking, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total stay amount is required

The balance of the rental as well as the security deposit must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival

For any booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay and the security deposit are due immediately.

Cancellation policy*

Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date: 70% refund of amounts paid

Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date: 50% refund

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

Exceptions may be considered in cases of duly justified force majeure.
